Right before this footage was taken, Bailey charged up the stairs, ran into our newly installed baby gate, and awkwardly tumbled backwards down to the landing. It was reminiscent of Chevy Chase in those Gerald Ford sketches.
This video proves she’s fine.

Bailey and Charlotte both play ball the same way—they take the ball and go and hide. Then they taunt each other.

Good game.
Charlie rebounded from this morning’s immunizations (scary, scary shots). Right before bedtime, she was stomping up and down the halls, pointing at dogs and tossing water in the hamper.

Five years ago today, Ellen and I were wrapping up our single years.

As she and the gals were getting ready at her parents’ house, the guys were memorizing our parts at the church.
