Charlotte Potpourri

We had an action-packed Sunday, starting with a visit from my sister Karen and her fiancé Keith.

By not screaming her head off, Baby Charlie demonstrated how much she enjoyed Aunt Karen and Uncle Keith’s company.

They came bearing gifts…

Keith picked up a pink Baby Yankee outfit at the Stadium on Saturday. He was attending Old Timers’ Day, which brought back Yankee legends from my youth such as Dave Winfield, Rickey Henderson and Willie Randolph (he struck out; it’s been a rough year for Willie.) Non-legends such as shortstop Wayne Tolleson and pitcher Aaron Small also took part.

The new Aunt and Uncle also brought their new puppy, Madigan. (She was a visitor, not a gift.) In an effort to not send Bailey into a panic attack, we kept the dogs apart. This was working out great until Madigan squeaked under our fence and started roaming the neighborhood. Because she knows her name, I was easily able to corral her. Crisis averted.

Here’s another brilliant onesie from the Stacy Conradt collection.

And we ended the day with dinner at Ellen’s parents’ house. Here’s little Charlotte clinging monkey-like to Grandma.

That English Minor onesie is PRICELESS! Love all the photos. And it’s great to see what a big presence Bailey is in Charlotte’s little life. My you have a lot of Leos in your fam - you, Charlotte (is she on the edge of Leodom?), and Bailey!!!
