Remember Megatroid (is that the name??) You were all about that game.
Also, remember how when we played mario and mom said like ‘time for dinner’ we weren’t allowed to say ‘ok, let me kill myself first.’ That’s some good parental influence. Was that a karen-particular rule or family-wide?

I definitely remember that rule.
Ellen and I have a similar one now, surrounding the dog. “Let me just put her to sleep” and “Just got to put the dog down” are off-limits.
This and “Don’t pick up out-of-area calls” are our only two formal regulations.
