Reunion, Revisited (Part II)

Anna Rankin made an appearance. She told us fellow ATO alum and former placekicker Brent Garber played the kicker in We Are Marshall. That kind of trivia is why I showed up. I will now add his film to my Netflix queue.

Advertising giant Ogilvy seems to be moving in across from Brightleaf Square. Not sure why, exactly. Their new space used to be a popular semiformal location. I can’t remember its name.

Today’s ATOs had some trouble lighting the grills. I feared for my safety.

Chappy continued his nap, undeterred by campus tours and puzzled Dekes.

Ellen studied the guest list in a part of campus that used to be just trees.

This is the house where no sexual assault or kidnapping took place. When we drove by, I said, “They should keep that open as a museum…” before trailing off. “To prosecutorial misconduct,” Ben finished. Well done.

And that’s that. Despite all the fine work by the Alumni House, my favorite moments were Friday’s gathering at Satisfactions and Saturday’s impromptu Armadillo Grill feast. We must do this more often. If any of you find yourself with spare time in the greater Livingston area, let us know.
