The Cotton Anniversary

Today is our second anniversary. Right about now, Ellen was throwing the bouquet. Competition was fierce.

    Pictures don’t do it justice. The woman on the left, a co-worker of my mother-in-law, was in perfect position to catch the bouquet. A friend from Duke swooped in like R.W. McQuarters to intercept. There was momentarily some confusion, since they both had possession. But tie goes to the younger, feistier.
