If you haven’t read Marley and Me by John Grogan you really need to. It is a must for all lab owners. The most wonderful book I have ever read.

My wife bought that for me for Christmas, soon after we became lab owners. You’re absolutely right, fantastic book.
Our first obedience class homework assignment was to write up the “rules of the house.” Bailey found that document, ate half, and left the other half outside our door. A warning, I think. I’ll take a picture and post that this weekend.
